Rent contributes to the overall running of our housing service. This includes:
- Staff who work across all schemes (Housing Officers, Income Officers, Housing Managers, Repairs teams, etc.)
- Repairs and maintenance (emergency and planned work, including kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, roofs and gutters)
- Safety inspections and follow up actions (asbestos, legionella, electrical, gas, fire, lifts)
- Ensuring homes meet the Decent Homes Standard for safety, heating and facilities
