Tenants will normally be expected to keep and charge mobility scooters inside their home unless there is a designated scooter storage area.

For everyone’s safety, scooters must not be stored or charged in stairwells, corridors, or communal areas. These areas need to remain clear for fire safety and to allow emergency access.
