We are resolving issues in regards to payments for council tax, non-domestic rates and sundry debts, we apologise for any inconvenience.
Current projects
Officers and the Town Centre Regeneration Working Group have devised a Work Programme for the next year with a focus on short- and medium-term workstreams. Over the last 6 months there has been a clear focus towards driving delivery of regeneration to set the wheels in motion for realising greater positive change in Rugby Town Centre. This is reflected within the workstreams.
The majority of the workstreams now focus around changes to built form, public realm, meanwhile uses and engagement to boost footfall. Some of the workstreams are the required background work to allow key decisions to be made for other projects to be delivered and are interlinked with one another
Currently there are a number of live projects including:
- Public Realm Priority Projects
- Place Marketing Consultants (Hemingway and ctconsults) are undertaking work to understand the identity of Rugby and produce a Place Brand.
- A Car Parking Strategy is underway.
- A Delivery Plan is in the process of being commissioned.
- Development brief for a Cultural Quarter around Old Market Place.
