OpenPortal routine maintenance
Our OpenPortal system now requires routine maintenance ahead of annual council tax billing, meaning you may experience problems accessing your online council tax account, and the online forms for making a benefit application or reporting a change in your circumstances.
The maintenance should be completed by Friday 27 February.
