Organising an event
You will need to complete an application form to get permission to hold an event on borough council land. There will usually be a fee.
We apply different criteria according to the size of the proposed event.
Large events
A large event would generally be a bonfire display, fair, circus or an event with more than 200 people expected to attend.
Small events
A small event would generally be a picnic, sponsored walk or an event with fewer than 200 people expected to attend.
