Public consultation on proposed Asset of Community Value
We have launched a public consultation on a proposal to designate the Claremont Centre, 43 Clifton Road, Rugby, CV21 3QE, as an Asset of Community Value (ACV) - commonly referred to as a 'community asset'.
Rugby Eco Hub has nominated the centre as a community asset.
Buildings or land listed in Rugby Borough Council's Assets of Community Value Register give parish councils and community organisations the opportunity to bid for the building or land should a sale take place.
The public consultation aims to gauge interested parties' views on the Claremont Centre and whether Rugby Borough Council should include the centre in its Assets of Community Value Register.
The consultation closes at 5pm on Monday 5 January 2026.
