Make a noise complaint
The majority of noise complaints investigated by the council concern neighbours.
If you have tried to resolve the problem amicably but the problem persists, we can help.
The council's environmental protection team can investigate noise nuisance and, in extreme cases, take legal action.
Out of hours
If you need to make a complaint about noise out of office hours, you can contact our community wardens on 0800 096 8800.
Our community wardens work from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.
