The Returning Officer hosts a briefing for prospective candidates and election agents at the Town Hall on Wednesday 11 March.
The briefing, which runs from 6pm to 7pm, takes place in the council chamber. To book a place at the briefing, email elections@rugby.gov.uk
A further briefing takes place for validly nominated candidates and election agents on Tuesday 14 April. Places at the briefing, which starts in the council chamber at 6pm, can be booked by emailing the electoral services team at the address above.
The Electoral Commission has published guidance for candidates and election agents on its website.
The guidance includes information on candidate spending, candidate donations, campaigning, nominations, postal votes and polling day.
