Severe Weather Emergency Protocol

The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol was activated on Thursday 22 February and remains in place until at least Monday 26 February.

Our Severe Weather Emergency Protocol aims to help rough sleepers during the winter months and periods of extreme weather conditions.

Our protocol comes into effect when weather forecasts predict the temperature to drop to zero degrees or below for three consecutive nights.

If you're sleeping rough on the streets, call our emergency hotline on (01788) 579706 or visit the Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21 2RR during office hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

SWEP activated

The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol was activated on Wednesday 7 February 2024 and will remain active until Friday 9 February 2024.
