Disruption and emergencies

Waste collections 10 March 2023

Road and pavement conditions are very difficult this morning but our waste collection crews are attempting to collect your waste. With conditions expected to improve later they will try and cover their full rounds. However, please be understanding if they do not get to you today.

We would like to thank our crews - and all our staff who work outdoors - for everything they do for our residents.

Covid-19

Council buildings

The Town Hall currently operates Covid-secure opening hours - 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

For the safety of both customers and staff, we currently encourage customers to check whether enquiries can be dealt with via our website, or contact us by phone or email: (01788) 533533 or contact.centre@rugby.gov.uk

Self-service telephones have been made available in the Town Hall reception for visitors to contact our customer service team.

You can report a housing repair, report a missed bin, or subscribe to the garden waste service online. Using these online services will help keep our telephone lines clear for residents who need more urgent support.
