HRH the Duchess of Kent

“On behalf of the residents of our Borough I would like to express our grief and sorrow on hearing the news that Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent, has died.

“Today our flags are flying at half-mast as both a mark of respect and in recognition of her many years of public service to charities and in support of the Crown.

“In neighbourhoods and across communities in Rugby and in the surrounding villages we pause and reflect on the life of Her Royal Highness. As people of faiths or of no faith, our prayers and our thoughts are with His Royal Highness the Duke of Kent, His Majesty the King and the Royal Family.”
