Christmas changes to waste collections
There will be no waste collections on Christmas Day or Boxing Day, and no green garden waste collections from 22 December to 2 January.
Councillor allowances
Councillors receive a basic allowance, paid on a monthly basis.
Councillors in key positions also receive a special responsibility allowance.
Councillors can also claim travel expenses and subsistence when attending official meetings.
