Call for Sites

The Wolston Neighbourhood Development Plan Team, a working party of Wolston Parish Council, has launched a Call for Sites in support of its application to create a Neighbourhood Plan for the parish.

The Call for Sites invites developers, agents, landowners and the wider public to nominate sites within the parish of Wolston for potential allocation for development as part of the Neighbourhood Plan.

Before submitting a site, please read the Call for Sites guidance notes.

Previous stages

Neighbourhood Area designation

Wolston Parish Council's application to designate the parish of Wolston as a Neighbourhood Area was approved by the council's cabinet on 16 November 2015.

A public consultation on the application took place from 21 September to 19 October 2015.
