Housing Benefit payments
Due to a technical issue, monthly Housing Benefit payments set to be paid yesterday (Thursday 31 July) and today (Friday 1 August) will now be paid by Tuesday (5 August).

Twin towns
Rugby is twinned with two European towns. On 3 May 1959, Rugby twinned with Evreux in France. Then on 8 October 1977, Rugby also twinned with Rüsselsheim in Germany which is also twinned with Evreux.
