Severe Weather Emergency Protocol
Our Severe Weather Emergency Protocol aims to help rough sleepers during the winter months and periods of extreme weather conditions. When activated we are able to offer additional support.
Our protocol comes into effect when weather forecasts predict the temperature to drop to zero degrees or below for three consecutive nights.

If you're sleeping rough on the streets, call our emergency hotline on (01788) 579706 or visit the Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21 2RR during office hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
