Housing Benefit payments
Due to a technical issue, monthly Housing Benefit payments set to be paid yesterday (Thursday 31 July) and today (Friday 1 August) will now be paid by Tuesday (5 August).

Newton and Biggin Neighbourhood Area Designation
Newton and Biggin Parish Council has submitted an application to Rugby Borough Council for the designation of the parish as a neighbourhood area under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012.
The application was recommended by the cabinet and approved by full council on 20 September 2023.
The parish council now intends to prepare a neighbourhood plan to help shape future development in the parish.
