Support with energy bills and how to make your home more energy efficient
The Government has published a range of information to support residents struggling to pay energy bills and to help residents who want to make homes more energy efficient. Please note that Rugby Borough Council is no longer accepting new ECO4, ECO Flex or Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) enquiries.
You can find out about energy support, grants, energy performance certificates (EPCs) and renewable energy for your home, together with information about the Warm Home Discount Scheme and the Energy Company Obligation.
