How to apply
- Notify us of any cooling towers or evaporative condensers on your premises
- Tell us about a change to any existing cooling towers or evaporative condensers on your premises
Tacit consent
Tacit consent applies to this registration. This means that if you haven't heard from us within 28 days of applying you can act as though you have received a licence.
Fees
There is no charge for registering a cooling tower or other notifiable device.

If you are unhappy with the way that we have dealt with your registration you should contact us in the first instance.
