Housing Benefit payments
Due to a technical issue, monthly Housing Benefit payments set to be paid yesterday (Thursday 31 July) and today (Friday 1 August) will now be paid by Tuesday (5 August).

Article 4 Directions
Article 4 Directions allow the council to remove or restrict the permitted development rights for a designated area.
The council currently has four Article 4 Directions in place, covering:
- Top Road, Barnacle
- Land off Moor Lane, Willoughby
- Pear Tree Farm, Willoughby
- Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs)
