Friday 9 January
Due to adverse weather conditions we were unable to complete black (refuse) bin collections. The following streets are affected:
Westfield Road, Burnside, Oakfield Road, Farnborough Avenue, Dunster Close, Stourhead Road, Cherry Burn Walk, Overbecks Close, Stowe Drive, Ormesby Close, Sissinghurst Close, Knole Close, Hidcote Close, Kedleston Court, Melford Court and Prior Park Road.
We will return to complete these collections on Saturday 10 January. Please make sure your bins are presented for collection by 6am.
Due to adverse weather conditions we were unable to complete blue-lid (recycling) bin collections. The following streets are affected:
Watling Crescent, Dunsmore Gate House (Lilbourne Lane), Laurel Bank (Clifton), The Locks, Watts Lane Backs, Ophelia Crescent, Viola Road, Titania Close, Cressida Way, Portia Way, Perdita Close and Marina Close, Deane Road (backs).

Thursday 8 January
Due to roadworks preventing access, we were not able to complete waste collections at Pettiver Crescent or Webb Ellis Court.
