Anti-social behaviour (ASB) case reviews give victims and communities the opportunity to request a review of how incidents of ASB have been dealt with by local councils, police and housing providers.

Reviews aim to establish whether one or more agencies have failed to adequately respond to incidents of ASB.

Who can request an ASB case review?

Any individual, business or community group can request a case review providing the following criteria apply.

Either:

  • you have reported three separate incidents relating to the same ASB issue in the past six months to the council, police or landlord, and feel insufficient action has been taken to resolve the issue

Or:

  • at least three people have made reports about the same ASB issue in the past six months to the council, police or landlord, and feel insufficient action has been taken to resolve the issue
