Adoption
Rugby Borough Council, under an urgent decision made on 13 May 2022 to comply with legislation and planning guidance, decided to make the Wolvey Neighbourhood Development Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended).
The Wolvey Neighbourhood Development Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Rugby Borough and will be taken into account in local planning decisions.

Referendum on the Wolvey Neighbourhood Plan
A referendum on the Wolvey Neighbourhood Plan took place on Thursday 5 May 2022.
The referendum asked the following question:
'Do you want Rugby Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Wolvey to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?'
