Adoption
Rugby Borough Council, at a meeting of full council on 20 July 2021, decided to make the Ryton-on-Dunsmore Neighbourhood Plan under Section 38A(4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended).

The Ryton-on-Dunsmore Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the Development Plan for Rugby borough and will be taken into account in local planning decisions.
Referendum on the Ryton-on-Dunsmore Neighbourhood Plan
A referendum on the Ryton-on-Dunsmore Neighbourhood Plan took place on Thursday 6 May 2021.
The referendum asked the following question:
'Do you want Rugby Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Ryton-on-Dunsmore to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?'
