Raise funds for your charity or community group with Rugby Lotto
Rugby Borough Council (RBC) has partnered with lottery organisers Gatherwell to run the Rugby Lotto, which redistributes half of its ticket sales to local community groups.
The Rugby Lotto will be a great opportunity for local charities and community groups to raise funds. Players will have the chance to win prizes of up to £25,000 from a £1 ticket every week. Each ticket will have a 1 in 50 chance of winning a prize, which is a much better chance than with the National or Health lotteries.
The good causes will retain 50% of the price of all ticket sales they generate, with a further 10% going into a Rugby Community good causes fund. The remaining 40% of income from ticket sales will go toward player prizes and the cost of administering the scheme.
