Inspiring Education Resources

Please find some of our most popular learning resources below available for download. We have resources available for both teachers and families. The first one is from our 2018 Exhibition About Face.

About Face Education Resources

About Face was our highly successful exhibition which ran from 30th March – 16th June 2018

As well as showcasing portraits from the Rugby Collection we had on loan artworks from the National Portrait Gallery and the Lowry.  The theme of the exhibition was portraits, telling the story of some of the artists within the Rugby collection with help from loans from The National Portrait Gallery and The Lowry. The loans, which were all self-portraits, included Lucian Freud, Edward Bawden, Eduardo Paolozzi and Lowry.

Let's Make Social History Resources

Few of us has ever lived in a time like this. Our lives, families and communities have been turned upside down by the coronavirus outbreak. Imagine explaining it to someone in 20 years’ time – they’d never believe you. Just how much change there has been, how it made us all feel, how many of our lives shifted to social media whilst others work to protect us. This really is history in the making. That’s why we have launched 'Let's Make Social History’ and we'd like you to capture this extraordinary time for future generations to look back on.
