How has Rugby changed over the past 200 years, at work, at home and in the community? The Social History Collection contains a wealth of fascinating objects representing the changing pattern of social and domestic life in Rugby and the borough.   Objects from the Collection are displayed in a changing  programme of exhibitions.

Currently on display is The Eadons of Hillmorton Road an exhibition of a local Rugby family of the Edwardian era.

Also on display is a small collection of recent donations from local residents: A machine plate from an early BTH steam turbine rescued from a tip, an anemometer from Lodge Plugs and a beret from the Royal Observer Corps when the donor served at underground nuclear warfare monitoring posts and the control centre at Church Lawford from 1972 to 1991.
