Technical issue impacts council Direct Debit payments
A TECHNICAL issue has resulted in a failure to request a number of Direct Debit payments from customer accounts today (Wednesday 19 April).
Payments which should have been made today will now be debited from customer accounts on Friday (21 April).
We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and are currently investigating the cause of the issue.
