Councillors met on 5 February 2019 to approve the project to move tenants out and regenerate the site. The project will include the low-rise flats on the same site.

The programme to re-house existing tenants is progressing well. In the meantime, all three high-rise blocks now benefit from automatic fire alarm systems.
