The council rents out garages and carports at a number of sites around the borough.

Council garages and carports can only be rented for the storage of cars or motorbikes. The garage must be within walking distance of your home address and only one garage can be rented per household.

Council tenants pay £9.77 per week to rent a council garage while private tenants pay £11.72 (including VAT) per week.

Council tenants pay £4.19 per week for carports while private tenants pay £5.03 (including VAT) per week.
