Need housing advice? Register with us online

We want to make sure you receive the advice and support you need

From Monday 6 August, our Customer Advice and Support Team will no longer offer 'drop-in' appointments at the Town Hall.

Instead, you'll need to register with us via Housing Jigsaw, our new online housing portal. You can register from home or at one of the computers in the Town Hall's reception.

When you register you can tell us information about your circumstances before speaking to a member of our team. This means we can consider the options available to you in advance, helping us to make sure you receive the advice and support you need while saving you time.

We have produced a step-by-step guide to registering on the Housing Jigsaw portal.

If you're homeless or threatened with homelessness within the next 56 days and want advice, want to sign up to the Common Housing Register or apply for sheltered housing, visit:

The Housing Jigsaw online booking system

If you're homeless today, please visit the Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21 2RR as soon as possible.

We prioritise cases according to housing need.

Please note, due to the high demand for social housing in Rugby, many applicants cannot be offered council accommodation.

We advise customers to register with housing associations and look at the private rented sector to maximise the chances of finding accommodation.
