Disruption and emergencies

Due to staffing issues, we have suspended black bin and trade waste collections today in the following locations:

Albert Street, Church Street, Railway Terrace, Little Elborow Street, High Street, Lesley Souter House, The Locks (Hillmorton), Brownsover Community Centre, Cosford Lane, Valley Drive, Castle Mound Way, Speedwell Close, Central Park Drive, Skiddaw, Lindon Court, Bryant Road, Central Park, Lawford Road, The Crescent (Lawford Heath), Oxfam (Regent Street), Rugby police station, Newland Street, The Workers (Oliver Street), Edison Drive, Technology Drive, Draycote.


Council buildings

The Town Hall is currently open - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except for public holidays.

We encourage customers to check whether enquiries can be dealt with via our website, or contact us by phone or email: (01788) 533533 or contact.centre@rugby.gov.uk.

Self-service telephones have been made available in the Town Hall reception for visitors to contact our customer service team.


You can report a housing repair, report a missed bin, or subscribe to the garden waste service online. Using these online services will help keep our telephone lines clear for residents who need more urgent support.
