Community safety wardens

Call our community safety wardens on 0800 096 8800

Our community safety wardens patrol streets and open spaces seven days a week, responding to calls from residents.

Working in partnership with the police, wardens deal with:

  • anti-social behaviour
  • noise complaints
  • graffiti
  • fly-tipping

Wardens work proactively, patrolling schools to monitor parking issues and issuing crime prevention advice.

The wardens also:

  • carry out home fire safety checks
  • deliver door alarms to vulnerable residents
  • run Bikeability courses in schools
  • attend community meetings

Wardens work from 2pm to 11pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 1pm to 10pm on Sundays.
