Review of Parliamentary constituencies

The Boundary Commission for England has launched a public consultation on its revised proposals for new Parliamentary constituency boundaries.

The 2018 Boundary Review aims to reduce the number of constituencies in England from 533 to 501, based on each constituency having an electorate no smaller than 71,031 and no larger than 78,507.

In Coventry and Warwickshire, the review proposes reducing the number of constituencies from nine to eight, including the Rugby and Southam County Constituency, with an electorate of 76,575.
