You may be entitled to a council tax reduction, exemption or discount, or it might be possible to help you by rescheduling your payments.

Changing your payment date

If your payment date is not suitable for you, think about paying by Direct Debit as this gives you a choice of payment dates.

On a low income?

If you are on a low income you may be able to get a council tax reduction.

What happens if I don't pay?

If you miss a council tax instalment you will get a reminder notice giving you seven days to bring your payments up to date. If you do not contact us we will take action against you to recover the missing payments.
