Change Makers is for families with children aged between four and 12-years-old who want to know more about healthy eating and staying active.

Courses take place in Rugby, Stratford, North Warwickshire, Warwick, Nuneaton and Bedworth.

The free and fun nine week programme takes place during term time in schools, leisure and community centres.
