Customer Services

Our Customer Services Centre will be closed between 1pm and 5pm on Thursday 15 June for staff training. This will affect telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries. Customers will still be able to submit enquiries and service requests via this website.

Blue-lid recycling bin collections

A number of blue-lid recycling collections were missed today. Please leave your bin out for collection. We aim to complete collections as soon as possible.

Full list of affected streets: Coventry Road (from A45 to Windmill Lane), Windmill Lane, Millers Lane, Coventry Road (from The Green to Halfway Lane), Halfway Lane, The Elms, Homestead Barns, Daventry Road, Pipewell Court, The Square, Guys Common, Adkinson Avenue, Rye Close, Terry John Close, Milestone Drive, Dunchurch Road (even numbers), Satchells Court, Arnold Close, Maple Gardens, Laurel Gardens, Alfred Green Close, Brookside Close and March Court.

Blue-lid recycling bin collections in Houlton

We were unable to complete the collection of blue-lid recycling bins in Houlton due to the collection vehicle breaking down. Please leave your bin ready for collection. We aim to complete collections as soon as possible.

We were unable to collect from the following roads: Tolsford Road (and all roads off it), Wroughton Drive, Madigan Close, Columbia Street, Park View and Normandy View.


Council buildings

The Town Hall is currently open - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday except for public holidays.

Self-service telephones have been made available in the Town Hall reception for visitors to contact our customer service team.
