The adopted Housing Needs Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) does not form part of the Development Plan but sits beneath the Rugby Borough Local Plan 2011-2031, adopted by the council in 2019.

The SPD provides additional detail and information on the implementation of Policies H1-H5 of the Rugby Borough Local Plan.

The SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
