Calvestone Park open space is sited in Cawston, to the East of Cawston Grange Drive. This is a new housing development (commenced work in 1999), to the edge of the urban area where open space is well catered for.
The Old Leicester Railway Line offers walkers and cyclists alike the opportunity to travel to Leamington via a Sustrans route, that in the main is 'off road', on quiet lanes and canal tow paths (pamphlets available).
Covering over 12 hectares of open space, the play area included on the site is located centrally and backs on to Cave Close.
