Dog control

The council has given notice of its intention to renew the PSPO concerning dog control in the borough.

The notice includes the addition of the following restrictions:

  • a requirement for dog owners to have a means to pick up faeces deposited by dogs in a public place
  • Rainsbrook Cemetery and Crematorium, and Trinity Cemetery, added to the list of council-owned cemeteries where dogs must be kept on leads at all times

We have now launched a public consultation on the dog control PSPO. The consultation closes on Thursday 3 January 2019.

Intoxicating substances

The council has given notice of its intention to renew the PSPO concerning anti-social behaviour and the taking of intoxicating substances in Rugby town centre.

The notice includes a proposed expansion of the area covered by the existing PSPO.

We have now launched a public consultation on the intoxicating substances PSPO. The consultation closes on Thursday 3 January 2019.

Newbold Quarry Nature Reserve

The council has given notice of its intention to make a PSPO to prevent anti-social behaviour at Newbold Quarry Nature Reserve.

The proposed PSPO revokes the bylaws for Newbold Quarry Nature Reserve.

We have now launched a public consultation on the Newbold Quarry Nature Reserve PSPO. The consultation close on Thursday 3 January 2019.
