Extension of Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs)

Public consultation

The council has published notices to extend the Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) currently in force in the borough for a further three years.

We now want to hear your views on the proposal to extend the PSPOs.

Representations or objections to the proposed extensions can be emailed to ept@rugby.gov.uk or submitted in writing to: Public Spaces Protection Orders Consultation, Neighbourhoods Team, Rugby Borough Council, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21 2RR.

Please specify which PSPO your representation or objection refers to.

Representations or objections must be received by 5pm on Thursday 10 February 2022.

The council intends to review all representations and objections before making a decision on whether to extend the orders.
