Christmas 2019 service changes
The Town Hall will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 24 December 2019 until 9am on Thursday 2 January 2020.
Waste and recycling
There will be no garden waste collection service during w/c 23 December and w/c 30 December 2019. Black rubbish and blue-lid recycling collections due on 25 and 26 December have been rearranged.

Homelessness
The council will accept emergency homelessness referrals by telephone throughout the Christmas and New Year period. There will be no drop-in services at Rugby Town Hall.

Emergency housing repairs
In the event of an emergency, contact the out of hours repairs line. Routine housing maintenance and repairs services will not be available between 5pm on 24 December 2019 and 9am on 2 January 2020.
Lifeline and concierge services
The Lifeline and concierge services will operate throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
Community Wardens
The Community Wardens will operate on 27, 28, 29 and 30 December 2019.
Rainsbrook Crematorium
Rainsbrook Crematorium will be closed on 25 and 26 December 2019, and 1 January 2020.
Rugby Art Gallery and Museum
The art gallery and museum will be closed on 23, 25, 26, 29 and 30 December 2019 and 1 January 2020.
Visitor Centre and World Rugby Hall of Fame
The visitor centre and Hall of Fame will be closed on 25 and 26 December 2019 and 1 January 2020.
All other services
All other Rugby Borough Council services will close at 5pm on 24 December 2019 and reopen at 9am on Thursday 2 January 2020.
