Charges, which apply to both on-street parking and Council owned car parks, are either £70, discounted to £35 if paid within 14 days, or £50, discounted to £25 if paid within 14 days.

You can pay the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) using the Online payments website

For postal payment (cheque or postal order) please quote your PCN number, name and address on the reverse of the cheque, and send to:

For personal payment (cheque, postal order or debit / credit card), please visit Rugby Borough Council at the above address (office hours Monday - Friday 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.).

Cheque/postal order payments may be placed in the designated box located in Reception.  Please quote your PCN number on the reverse of the cheque, together with your name and address.

Debit/credit card payment may be made using the computer terminal located in Reception.

Please note there are no facilities at the Town Hall to make cash payments.
