This Final Report brings together the Scoping Report and the Employment Land Survey. The Scoping Report was an exercise undertaken in April 2004 as part of the Employment Land Appraisal and outlined the historical, current and potential future position of employment land in the Borough. The Employment Land Survey was conducted during July 2004 and assessed industrial estates through the Borough and considered the stock, condition, type of use and their location. In addition, it includes a brief assessment of large allocations, and industrial estates and business parks immediately bordering the Borough.
