Information in other formats
We always try to take account of your individual needs and will do our best to give you the information you need in a way that is easy for you to understand.
We can arrange to meet you and explain things in person, or we might be able to ask someone else to meet with you. If necessary we may be able to provide a document in large print, on audio CD, as a PDF file or in a language other than English.
Our staff also have access to a telephone interpreting service.
To ask for help please email us or call our customer service centre on 01788 533533, or call in to our main reception at the Town Hall.
If you are deaf or hard of hearing
Our main reception area has a hearing loop, and we can provide a portable hearing loop for other rooms or meetings if needed. We can provide information in writing if you would like us to.
