We believe that all of Rugby's communities should have easy access to services that meet their needs. This commitment is central to Rugby Borough Council's vision to make the Borough Clean, Green and Safe, and is implicit in our first key priority: Ensure all the Borough's residents are aware of our services and can access and influence them.
At Rugby Borough Council we understand that Equality and Diversity is not something that we 'do'. It is a description of our communities. By understanding our customers and their individual needs we have been able to provide better services - and ensure that all of our residents are aware of our services and can access and influence them.
