Go 'Ball In' at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre in March
New netball and basketball sessions launch at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre in March.
The centre supports England Netball's Back to Netball campaign with the launch of a new, ten-week course on Thursday 6 March.
The sessions run from 7pm to 8pm and offer a gentle introduction to netball for women over 16. Led by a qualified Better coach, the sessions cover basic skills and court play, and offer a great way to stay fit and healthy while having fun with friends.
Later in March, the centre backs England Basketball's Ball Again project with the launch of a new, ten-week programme of sessions.
Starting on Wednesday 26 March, Ball Again offers men and women over 16 the chance to get back into basketball or try the sport for the first time.
The sessions, run by a qualified Better trainer from 7pm to 8pm, cover the basketball basics and place the emphasis firmly on fun.
