To apply to buy your Council house print off, complete and return this Application Form. Unfortunately we are unable to accept electronic application forms.
Please note: When we sell a Council House there is a covenant in the transfer that states that no additions or alterations can be carried out without consent of the Council.
For a letter of consent before the works are carried out we charge £50.00.
Works should not be carried out before consent is requested and received.
If retrospective consent is needed then we charge £75.00.
