We attempt to respond to all service requests as promptly as possible. Subject to legislative requirements, complexity of the service requests it may take longer than our normal 2 to 3 working days response target.
Promoting our Services
The Environmental Service aims to promote its activitiesthroughout the year and at various venues.
We work with individuals and organisations to promote improvements in the environment , public health and provide information on various environmental health issues through training and public awareness campaigns.
These include 'No Smoking Day', Food Safety Week, Energy Saving and European Week of Safety and Health.
